Our Online Mailbox Address Network

Mail Station has addresses for receiving mail in 19 cities all over the United States. When you sign up for our services, you can select one or more of these 19 addresses. Later on, you can always add or remove addresses from your account any time you wish while using Mail Station. With our services, you can have a presence in any location you want.

You can select one address from our many PO boxes at no additional charge to your subscription fee. You can avail of additional services depending on the location of the address you have chosen for an additional fee per month.

Please take note that the addresses listed in the table below are available only on the Online Mailroom plans. All subscriptions for mail forwarding are directed to a single address.

We deliver mail and packages most quickly from facilities where we process your mail onsite. These addresses are marked "Fastest Delivery." If you choose an address that is not marked so, you can expect your mail to arrive to you up to six (6) days later than our fastest delivery time, as we bring your mail to the nearest processing center.
Only the US Postal Service delivers Express Mail to PO Boxes. If you anticipate receiving Express Mail from other shippers such as DHL, UPS or FedEx, we suggest that you pick one of our street addresses rather than a PO box. These shippers do not deliver to PO boxes.
Our street address in Delaware can only receive USPS mail and parcels. All other mail from other shippers will be returned to their sender.

Which Do You Value More – Speed Or Location?

Mail Station operates 19 street addresses; however, not all of these addresses offer the same levels of service. If you need us to deliver your mail and parcels in the soonest time possible, you should choose an address or PO box located close to our mail processing facilities. These addresses are marked Fastest Delivery in the table to the left.

As for our other locations, it may take us up to six (6) days more, since we have to bring your mail first to the nearest processing office.

What Is My Address Going To Look Like?

The address you will have upon signing up with Mail Station will look just like a regular street address. The only difference is that it will have a unique five-digit code that identifies this address as yours. You can either signify this five-digit code using the "#" sign or as Apt., Ste. or PMB.
