Our Pricing Scheme
You can choose among our online mail management plans depending on the volume of your mail, the number of mailboxes you need, and additional features you may require. Mail Station provides two basic subscriptions – the Standard Plan and the Comprehensive Plan.
The Standard Plan gives you the basic Mail Station services. You can request additional features one by one later when you need it. The Comprehensive Plan, on the other hand, gives you all of Mail Station's services in one neat package. This plan is the most convenient and most cost-effective mail handling service you can have today.

- The prices we have listed here are for documents or letters up to 15 pages long only. For longer documents, add $1.00 per additional 15 black-and-white pages or $1.50 per additional 15 color pages. For bound materials, there will be a special handling fee of $3 per 15 pages.
- Unlimited check deposit may require underwriting and credit checking.
- Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the package, the size of the package, and the company shipping it. However, we do provide estimates when you request shipment of your packages.
- In certain premium addresses, you can pick up your package from our office for free.
All scan requests are subject for review. We shall notify you by email if the scan you requested will require a special handling fee. We will not charge you these handling fees without your express approval.
